By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and have agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, merchants, customers and/or contributors of content.

All content, products, and services provided on the Noduh Apparel website are delivered to you on an “AS IS” basis without any guarantees or warranties. Noduh Apparel makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, concerning the products, content, or services on this site, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or accuracy. Any use of the products or services is entirely at the user’s risk.
CORRECTION OF SITE ERRORS
The information on the Noduh Apparel website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Noduh Apparel reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

At Noduh Apparel, we strive to provide high-quality fashion items. All prices on the website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Our products are offered online in limited quantities, and while we make every effort to accurately display the colors, styles, and sizes, variations may occur.

DELAYS
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/DUTIES AND TAXES
When purchasing from Noduh Apparel, the goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. By ordering, the buyer authorizes Noduh Apparel to handle the import of the goods and, if necessary, delegate this responsibility to a third party, such as a customs broker. The buyer agrees to pay any applicable taxes, duties, and other fees in addition to the purchase price. Noduh Apparel ships packages on a Duties and Taxes Unpaid basis, meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes, nor can we predict what these charges may be. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by the buyer for the package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees at the time of delivery, known as Collect On Delivery (COD).
LOST SHIPMENTS
Noduh Apparel is responsible for shipping products to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, Noduh Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Noduh Apparel is also not responsible for lost deliveries resulting from the buyer providing an incorrect address. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not recommended, and Noduh Apparel cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to P.O. Boxes.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a buyer refuses delivery of a package, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Noduh Apparel. These costs will be deducted from the buyer’s merchandise refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Noduh Apparel, we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Exchanges are not offered, please proceed with refund and after refund is obtained, proceed with placing the correct order.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL
At Noduh Apparel, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny transactions at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Suspicious Activity: If an order appears to be fraudulent or is flagged for suspicious activity, we may cancel the transaction to protect both the customer and our business.
- Payment Issues: Orders with payment discrepancies, such as failed payment methods, unauthorized use of credit cards, or chargebacks, may be refused or canceled.
- Policy Violations: Customers who violate our Terms and Conditions, including our returns, exchanges, or shipping policies, may have their orders refused.
- Product Availability: In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or discontinued after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and offer a refund or alternative product.
- Abusive Behavior: Any form of abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other customers may result in the refusal of service.
- Incorrect Pricing: If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer of the correct price.
- Bulk Orders: We may refuse or limit orders that are excessively large or intended for resale without prior authorization.
