Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be required upon package arrival in your country.
A large majority of our products are made to order. The products that are made to order are created after your order is placed and confirmation has been received. Our timeless products are intricate and unique, made with love, care and the utmost attention to details. This ensures that you are provided with excellent, high quality products.

When orders are shipped internationally and reach the destination country, they may undergo customs clearance procedures. These procedures can lead to delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
No, customs fees will be required to be paid upon the arrival of your package in your desired country.
The E-buyer authorizes Noduh Apparel to import goods on their behalf, which may involve delegating this task to a subcontractor (e.g., Customs Broker). The E-buyer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and fees related to the importation of goods. These costs are not included in the purchase price. Noduh Apparel ships packages with Duties and Taxes Unpaid, meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes, and cannot predict the charges. These charges vary by country and must be paid by the E-buyer to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees at the time of delivery, such as Collect On Delivery (COD).
Noduh Apparel is responsible for shipping products to the address provided at checkout. Once the order is delivered to the specified address, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the E-buyer. We also recommend avoiding the use of P.O. Box addresses, as Noduh Apparel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages sent to P.O. Boxes.
If an E-buyer refuses to accept a package or delivery, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Noduh Apparel. These costs will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
