Returns and Refunds Policy
At Noduh Apparel, we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Yes, sale items, lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made products are non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
For defective or incorrect items, Noduh Apparel will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
